US Dollar Plummets

'Meanwhile, the Greenback continued to free fall, having now actually hit a low for the year on a trade-weighted basis.'

The trip to Europe never happened and doesn't look it is going to. I wanted to fly into Munich, Germany and then travel to the Netherlands. The Euro/USD exchange rate is the main reason for hesitating. At one point I could have bought tickets from Wilmington to Madrid, Spain for $537. I should have just done it, but the prices have sky-rocketed now along with what appears to be an increasing trend of the weakness of the Dollar abroad.
